We talk about how to know when it's time to transition, how to handle people who aren't ready to fully commit, and why reproduction — not attendance — is the true measure of a healthy group. We also get honest about why holding a fellowship together past its season does more damage than good, and what a healthy, fruitful dissolution actually looks like.
